Shipping policies

Destinations:
We currently ship to North America, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We are continuously working on expanding our shipping destinations to reach more customers around the globe.

Shipping Time:
Our standard shipping time is 8-14 business days. However, please note that some of our items are handmade and require time to be meticulously crafted and collected from our artisans. Therefore, we kindly ask you to allow up to 1 month for shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding, ensuring that the quality and uniqueness of your purchase are well worth the wait.

Handling Fragile Items:
We take utmost care in packaging our products, especially fragile items such as ceramic ware and glassware. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our team immediately. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the broken item(s) as well as a pro-rated refund for the shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (which will be included in the shipping cost). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return policies

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product package.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Please kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
  • In the event that a product is lost or damaged during its return journey, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for such occurrences. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and the original packaging for fragile items, to ensure the safety and security of your items during transit.
